They called the morning after submitting request for service and called another time to remind me of appointment.  Servicemen called to indicate when they would arrive within my appointed time window.  Mike answered all my questions with ease and was not pushy.  Provided pictures of chimney, which was helpful.  They emailed me the pictures the next day.  Great company - I already recommended them to a friend.
