He stayed for a good deal of time attempting to fix my vacuum. When he realized that it was unable to be fixed manually and that a new part would be ordered, he only charged for the part and not for the time he spent attempting to fix. I thought this was very honest and respectable. I would recommend his services to all. Thanks!
