Jay was very prompt with emails, estimates and notification of changes as necessary in the schedule. He was helpful with ideas for design work and was a pleasure to work with.

While the work on the 1st floor bathroom and kitchen was exceptional, I was disappointed to see that finishing touches were not done in the basement. Items such as molding around the doors, some baseboards, and unfinished windows. There was also a good amount of trash left in the yard which no one ever came back to clean up such as broken glass, tiles, nail, metal rails and wood. I was disappointed that Jay never came back after the carpet was installed to make sure everything was in good order, (still waiting for padding to be laid in the dining room) once his last payment was recieved, that is the last we heard of him.

I referred you to the subcontract that installed the carpeting regarding the padding; which you said was fine over the phone. The finishing touches were never brought to my attention after you said everything looked fine; in doing so also handing me the final payment. The debris in the yard was an overlook due to all the snow on the ground thawing; which we apologize for.

I just had my two cars attached garage done by Snow Construction. My husband and I like it very much. If I know somebody want to build a garage or an addition etc.. I would recommend Snow Construction.

They really knew what they were doing. Very solid construction. The finish was excellent. The built-in bookshelves and entertainment center look like they were a part of the room all along.

Jay Snow was very responsive to my questions/concerns before, during and after the various phases of the project. The work was done well and I am happy with the results. In addition, they were willing to take on a small but important task at the last minute. Am hoping to do business with Snow Construction again in the near future.
