Onsite to provide a quote the same day.  We required a minor repair and they did not try to inflate the job.  It is rare to find such an honest businessman as Mr. Segarra these days.  Only complaint was that the work took longer to schedule than was initially told.  Work was performed better than expected and looks great.  Would definitely use their services again.

They called back the next day, scheduled appointment and came as planned.  I was given an estimate of $430.  They came promptly 2 days later to do the actual work , the bill though at that point was $480? Not really given an explanation why.  However, very friendly and professional workers who took care of my problem it seems.  I wanted it done quickly and it happened.  However, i noticed later that on one wall and on my 3 month old driveway there was "glue like " substance dripping from the roof where there was to be no work done.  I was given the reason why this happened but was told this was "no big deal" and actually never got apology! :(
