We will NEVER again use Sears for any type of home improvement. We very foolishly trusted them to do an excellent job - $20,000 worth. The job they did was fair at best. We had new cupboards, counter top, flooring, sink and fawcett installed. They started the job in July 2011 (saying it would take a week, at most). Eight weeks later we were still waiting for them to tie up some "loose ends". This is January 2012 and our cupboards are still incomplete. (Open space underneath is opened to an outside brick wall. We have had to put insulation there and I'm in the process of cutting styrofoam to cover the holes).

They did everything as promised, from the measuring to the install. Two times communication between the sales side and the installers was not plain, but the installers did a marvelous job of working out the issues. Had one issue with the glue job on the floor but Craig came out as promised and re tacked the entire staircase not just the 2 problem areas. The job looks beautiful and everyone who knew what the old kitchen looked like is stunned at how great it looks now. The kitchen hadn't received a major facelift in 60 or 70 years.

Salesman came to my home! He was very knowledgable as to countertops and materials! His presentation was impressive! He gave us an all inclusive price which included removal of old top, sink, and garbage disposal as well as haulaway from our home! Also included installation of new top, and installation of new sink and faucet as well as clean up! All personnel(measurer,installers of countertop, removal and plumbing hookup ) were professional and work seems too be of excellent quality! Just be sure that you want quality, as this is what Sears is selling! Less elsewhere, but I feel that I purchased value for my dollar as well as peace of mind!
