City: Hagerstown Project: New Windows - Multiple There was a miscommunication on arrival time so I ended up having to take more time off of work but once they got there they were clean, friendly, and helpful. <br />The bay window was… Read Complete Rating There was a miscommunication on arrival time so I ended up having to take more time off of work but once they got there they were clean, friendly, and helpful. <br />The bay window was broken so they had to reorder it but didn't let me know this so I did alot of unecessary work (taking down the curtains, etc.) that will now need to be done a second time when the new window comes in.  (Estimate time is 2 weeks- I haven't heard from them yet). <br />The other concerns were small but had some chalking not done well on one window and they chipped my plaster wall in one room that will now needed patched.
