	Rating: Project: Central A/C - Install Sears subcontracts the work out, there were some issues with the installation since there were some pieces that the installer didn't have with them and no one called ahead to let us know that it… Read Complete Rating Sears subcontracts the work out, there were some issues with the installation since there were some pieces that the installer didn't have with them and no one called ahead to let us know that it was going to be a partial install.  We were missing our heat strip, thermostat and fancy air filter.  They resolved everything, but Sears was hard to get in touch with and they weren't good at returning calls.  Sears and the Sub blamed each other for the parts not being there at the time of install.  If someone had called and said they didn't have everything we would have just rescheduled and not have had to spend a week calling Sears.   Rating: Provided By: Jason M.
