I had an estimate done by a local contractor that was comparable, but it really came down to professionalism and having everything spelled out from the get-go. The installer, Eric Nichols, was VERY good; also very professional and careful -- from what I can see he's done a great job, and explained everything to me. I'm very satisfied.
