After the sales rep turned in our order, we decided to do two more windows. The sales rep made another trip to our house to measure and place the order. We are very happy with the new windows, the ease of how they open and the clean look they give to the house inside and out. The installers were short one window and we are waiting for it to be installed (aprox one week so far), but they were very courteous and apologetic. They even offered to come back in the evening after they put in their hours for the day on another job to put in the last window. Rating: Provided By: Jim P. The lady told me her section did not handle insurace work and told me they would call the  following Monday, that did not happen. I called that section on Tuesday and was told they did not do insurance repairs but a man would come to my home and give me an estimate and that he would call the next day Wednesday, the 14th of Oct. To this day he has not called. A sorry way to run a railroad, as my Grandpa use to say.
