Rating: Project: Kitchen - Remodel I had poor service!  My counter tops were scheduled 5 times before they were installed.  I had to make arrangements 5 times to be off work.   I have scratches all over the top… Read Complete Rating I had poor service!  My counter tops were scheduled 5 times before they were installed.  I had to make arrangements 5 times to be off work.   I have scratches all over the top of the counter top that have never been fixed.  I had to pay $250.00 out of my pocket for someone to come chaulk around the splash area. <br />Sears has really dropped the ball on this one. <br />Someone from their customer service has called me 3 times to ask how my service was, but nothing ever seems to be done. <br />I am so disappointed in Sears and will make sure I never bother to use them for anything else.  It's ashame because my parents and grandparents have always used them  See All Ratings
