	Rating: Project: Install or Replace Multiple Windows I rated the communication and courteous area fair due to several reasons.   <br />1-One thing the sales rep told me is the windows would hold themselves up when I opened them to clean the outsides. Perhaps the small ones do but the larger ones do not, at least the ones put in my house so I feel that was a misleading sales pitch. <br />2 - The first guy that came out here to do the measuring was not only rude but made no attempt to put things as he found them and when I asked him to he was very brusk.  I did contact the company and they did send an extremely nice gentleman to complete the job.  He was courteous and very competent.
