I love my new windows and will definately be back for more business. If anyone ever needs any home improvement I am telling them to go to Sears. The project manager (Brian) was very helpful and made sure my windows came in and were installed that same week. Rating: Project: Install or Replace Multiple Windows The old windows were still inbedded in concrete and stucco but I was assured there would be no problem in removing the old and installing the new windows.  They took less than a full day… Read Complete Rating The old windows were still inbedded in concrete and stucco but I was assured there would be no problem in removing the old and installing the new windows.  They took less than a full day to replace fourteen windows which was great.  I expected it to take two to three days. The problem is that they damaged the surrounding stucco on a few windows and I am having trouble getting a reply from Sears as to how they plan on fixing this problem. That's not to say that they aren't looking at the problem, just not as quick as I would expect from a major company like Sears.  See All Ratings
