I had an inspector check for the problem and he said the wrapping was not sealed. I have repeatedly called sears to discuss the problem to no avail. As a result I certainly will never use sears again or the company they subcontracted with, and I have made sure my neighbors and friends are aware of their l ack of fulfilling a warranty.
