They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and had a great work ethic. The window crew were not quite as good. The caulking left a little to be desired. However Sears did all they could do to make us happy. One window was simply not to our liking and they replaced it at no charge. Rating: Project: Install or Replace Multiple Windows The windows were top quality. The cost was twice the cost of others. The warranty was great and the salesman was comical.
