They need make no apologizes, but… Read Complete Rating The overall job is spectacular, but I was most disappointed in their sales technique.  Now that I can look back, it was no different than buying a car. They need make no apologizes, but right out of the starting blocks they said they do not negotiate the price of the project, but once they were sitting in my kitchen and I said I wanted to think about it (mostly because of the price that would have chocked a horse) then all the "DISCOUNTS" come out. At one point they even did the - let me go get my manager, but in this case it was let me call my manager and see if we can make this one exception. UGH!
