	Rating: Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding 1.  salesperson did not include all aspects of work in contract, then contacted me half way through the project and wanted to ccharge additional monies.  His mamager got involved… Read Complete Rating 1.  salesperson did not include all aspects of work in contract, then contacted me half way through the project and wanted to ccharge additional monies.  His mamager got involved & we were not charged anything additional, but the stress involved with that aspect of the job was not pleasant.  We were assured a "stress free" installation at the time the contract was signed.  We never heard from our sales person again to follow up on the job.  Not good customer service.  Actually, the contractors doing the actual work were more concerned about us than sears was.  There is more, but i'm limited on how much I can type here. <br /> Rating: Project: Install or Replace Multiple Windows Everything went hunky-dory!  Very happy with the work!
