The crew that day got heldup on a… Read Complete Rating I had an appt. for 11/7/09 between 12 noon - 4pm and no one came, after waiting all day. I called them and re-scheduled for 11/16/09 between 10am - 3pm. The crew that day got heldup on a previous job and would not make it to me. <br />On 11/16/09 at 10:25am I called to confirm my appt. and they told me I was not scheduled for that day. I was pretty upset since this was the second day I stayed home for this. I spoke to the dispatcher, Tim. Tim was very nice and tried to squeeze me in for that day, under the sercumstances. The crew got there late in the day and cleaned my fireplace chimney. I would like to express more but there is no more room. Rating: Provided By: Suzanne & Art P. City: Woodbridge Project: Chimney or Fireplace - Clean and Inspect Kevin took down my phone number to call and confirm the appointment the night before.  He reversed two numbers so I never got a call.  Since they could not reach me (even though I am… Read Complete Rating Kevin took down my phone number to call and confirm the appointment the night before.  He reversed two numbers so I never got a call.  Since they could not reach me (even though I am in the phone book too) they never showed up.  I called them finally and found out the problem.  Tim said he would try to get the guys to me and would call me back.  He never did.  I called again and they said he was working on it.  An hour later, they just showed up.  They were here for about a half hour and cleaned my fireplace flue and my oil flue.  They were very expensive.
