The repairmen did not stock the spring necessary for the repair, so they had to modify and reattach the broken spring to make the lift mechanism work. The repairmen were very pleasant and I didn't have to wait long for the appointment. Since they didn't use any new part for the repair, they charged only for a service call which was $75.

Had them refinish a coffee table. The entire thing was pretty abused. Took them a couple weeks longer but looks great. Table looks to be about 90-95%.

Richard Berger is the best furniture repair man I found- and I did a lot of research before selecting his firm. He did an excellent job of repairing our furniture at a very reasonable price. I would definatly use his company to make any further needed furniture repairs and refer anyone else to him.
