Project: Remodel a Bathroom

The promotion we signed up included the installation of a granite counter & sink. Our old counter had a back-splash. The salesman that wrote the contract did not include the words BACK SPLASH and even though they ripped out our back splash, they were going to leave our kitchen with a 4" gap where the back splash had been. Ultimately, we were uncharged $500.00 for the granite back splash and then the sink drain they installed leaked. We ended up hiring a local plumber to fix the sink leak as Renew did not want to be bothered fixing it. We were reimbursed by Renew for the invoice we received from the local plumber. Buyer Beware

This company is unprofessional. They lack communication skills, and will ask for more money to complete work you've already paid them to do. We will not use again.

I can't even begin to tell you how dissatisfied I am with this company. I first contracted with them in 2010, the rest is a nightmare. II wanted new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops. I got talked into much more such as 3 new sliders a kitchen window, storm door and a kitchen floor. Ordered and installed 2 sliders the wrong way and they had to be replaced and I had to foam insulate them myself in the Spring. The storm door took over 6 months. One kitchen cabinet is still marred and has never been replaced. The counter tops are coming away from the wall the floor is coming up. One thing they were great on was taking my check.

I'm a slow typer but here goes. Renew custom kitchens did an awsome job with my kitchen remodeling project. I was very impressed with their design person, the work crew was super! The projecr was always on schedule and the materials were first rate. I can't saw enough good things about my experience with Renew Custom Kitchens. GB Middletown

These guys and their work are spectacular! The only wrinkle is the need to keep after them regarding communication as the project progresses. They have a tendency to not be in touch and them to have need for a decision or access to the property, etc, right away, which can be challenging for working families where planning and scheduling are crucial. Nevertheless, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

After a small communication problem that was quickly cleared up and fixed, the job went without a hitch. The management team was excellent and communicated very well with us at every step along the way. The final product came out excellent. The bathroom was put together extremely well and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would recommend ReNew to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.
