Armond came up with a very nice plan for our kitchen. We haven't started it yet, but he was very prompt and professional.

Excellant design plan I only wish they had told me before drawing up the plans that fire proof lumber would be required. That drove the price way out of reason.
Comment from Reich Design Associates, P.L.C.
This Client was informed that what they wanted would require fire resistant or non-combustible construction. To what extent we didn't know until it was designed. They were also informed that there are other, more economical solutions available.

Mr. Armond Reich did an exceptional job in desiging a second floor to our primary residence. His years of expertise and quality came though in every part of the process from start to finish. He was timely, extremely attentive to detai;l to include our needs and wants along with architectual quality of existing structure. I have remodeled seven different homes in the past seventeen years, and this will undoubtably be our last thanks to his quality and professionalism. You would be wrong to not contact him today as I believe his services are top notch to anyone and unbelievably reasonable for scope of services. You will be amazed!!!

Review by Marie G.in Smithfield, VA Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project - For Business
I fell that the project was done with great skill and consideration of the need forfor the daycare project. Not only did Mr. A. Reich consistently show up on time on time but he was very much in tune with what was needed for the project at hand. I would recommend Mr. Armond Reich to anyone that would be in need of such services.
Sincerely,
Marie Gottlieb

Review by a customerin Norfolk, VA Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
It took him two whole months to come up with a design, that wasn't what I wanted.
Comment from Reich Design Associates, P.L.C.
This Client kept changing what he wanted, knew alot less than he thought he did about the design and building process, and was just difficult. Initially, the design wasn't what he wanted, but it was changed to meet his expectations, finished and built. Curiously, this review wasn't posted until the job was closed in and our assistance was no longer required.

Review by Bonita E.in Hampton, VA Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Mr. Reich hit the nail on the head the first time! Husband and I took a pile of sketches, and all sorts of notes and Mr. Reich had everything we hoped for on the first draft! Impressive! Some things we were "on the fence" about but with Mr. Reich’s help, we got those items decided quickly.
Mr. Reich’s communication with the surveyor (land and surveyor are more than 4 hours away) was equally impressive, pulling the final stages together in short order. Mr. Reich has remained in contact, answering any questions we have. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality, well thought out design!

Review by a customerin Chesapeake, VA Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
charged too much for a freehand deck design. very disappointing. not the kind of quality of work for the price we paid for.
Comment from Reich Design Associates, P.L.C.
This project was in process when this review was posted and I was quite surprised this Client rated us so poorly, as he was quite pleased with the work that had been done to that point. As it turns out, this review was posted by the Client's wife, who was not involved with the project, and apparently had her own agenda. We strive to address all Client concerns as they occur. Often Clients who are unfamiliar with the design process simply can't appreciate the time involved and have unrealistic expectations regarding the timeliness of finished work. We work very hard to keep our Clients informed.
