He was not forthcoming about the price, didn't not comprehend that I had a budget. We decided to cancel his service after he produced the first set of drawings in which he was eliminating my front door and tried to convince us to turn our side door into the new entrance. This would change our address as we are on a corner. Needless to say we got nothing for 500. He then called about ten times harrassing us for an addittional payment for the next set of unwanted drawings. He had evaluated the site for a kitchen upgrade & had submitted the proposal in a timely manner. The drawings he developed were great & very detailed however the initial cost was a little more than I wanted to pay. Michael was flexible & had worked around the cost making the plans more affordable. Michael was more than helpful in modifying the plans with no additional cost as well as to show us a selection of cabinets from a manufacturer that he deals with directly. I recommend his services for anyone who needs a designer or just needs input of a project.
