Tony was excellent. He arrived promptly and repair the electrical switch in a timely fashion. My daughter's joy was evident as she is back to using her own bathroom now. Tony, you were great. Thanks!

Prompt response. Came over to provide free estimate and we agreed on a price. Work done by an associate was good quality. Associate was polite and courteous. Performed the job on time and left job site clean. Would hire again.

For the most part, Anthony did a good job. I was a little concerned that it took him three days to rescreen seven windows. He seemed to have problems getting the proper measurements on a couple of them. He was very polite and showed up on time. Another concern I had was that he asked for the full amount upfront. We negotiated that down to 50%. I wasn't too concerned since speaking with the support people at Service Magic and I would have been a lot more comfortable if I had known about the new option they have called "buildproof your project" too late for this project but good to know for any future projects I may have.
