So far so good..two app and on time for both..still to early to find out if the pest control is successful or not.

I had bats under one eave in my house. The cost was $400 for them to stuff the eave with some type of filler material. I have no idea if this is a good value or not, since I didn't have a chance to get any other estimates. Seems super high to me - I think the work took about 20 minutes. I'm happy that the bats are gone and not getting other estimates is my fault, not theirs. However, I was unhappy that I was scheduled for the job without being told. I was never notified they were coming and I was out, with my daughter alone at home. When I came home, they were on the roof already. I would have appreciated a heads up.

Sorry to hear about your experience with our company we strive for excelence. I thought when my technician was at the house originally he gave you a schedule date to do the work did not realize that we had to call you in advance. If there is anything that I can do for you please give me a call Don

Don from Precision Pest Control arrived early for his inspection of my home ( i thought that I had a Bat & Mouse problem ). He spent 1 hour going over the interior and exterior of my home, including the 150+ degree attic. He indicated that he found no evidence of any "pest problem" of any kind and therefore I would not need to hire him. He could have easily sold me on something that I didn't need. He inside gave me several tips on how to guard against mice & bats entering my home. I would recommend Precision Pest Control based on Don's honesty, knowledge and professionalism. If I ever need pest control - I will definately hire this company.

Precise provided excellent suggestions over the phone that proved effective in solving my problem. They didn't even charge for the suggestions (but I did send a "thank you" gratuity for their help). They were very personable and were prepared to come to my house if the suggestions didn't work. A pleasure to deal with them. I would use them for other pest services without any reservations.

Donald was quick to identify my pest problem and offered ways of handling it. Although I was apparently out of his area of service, this did not stop him from looking around and advicing me on the problem. What a pleasant experience. A local place I had originally called wanted $550.00 just to step on my property! Not only did Don not charge me, he was pleasant and helpful and I would recommend his company to anyone just on those factors alone. Thanks Service Magic. Pat

The workmen were polite, careful and willing; the office called to let me know they had been delayed. My windows hadn't been cleaned in years, so they were very dirty; perhaps I expected too much, but I was a little disappointed to see some remaining streaks and smears after the job was done. Also, they didn't clean the windowsills, which I had expected. Basically an okay job, just not great.

Prompt and explained the situation based on observations and experience. Signed up for a yearly service. Definitely seems knowledgeable in pests and their behavior.
