Phil's guys showed up, Dameion and Nick, and got to work quickly. <br /> <br />The repair required a second visit, and again on time Dameion showed up.  He explained what he was going to do, when I made an alternative suggestion he did not give me that "get out of my way look" to the contrary, he called Phil and my suggestion was added to the repair. Later, Phil arrived to check on things. <br /> <br />The problem with my heating unit has returned, however I have confidence that they will get it resolved, at no additional charge.
