After explaining what I needed done I was sent a typed estimate so there would be no confusion as to price. The work was started within a few days and completed in one day. Alfonso was courteous, pricing was fair and would recommend them.

I neglected to rate Alfonso when the project was done 2 years ago and found this open item. He was great and I highly recommend him but especially as at the end of this past winter I noted the ice damn in my gutter had caused a defect and leak, I called Alfonso and he returned and saw to it that the section involved was repaired. I had expected to pay for this and have never received a bill. This kind of dedication to stand behind ones work is a true mark of excellence.

Called me back quickly -within 30min of job request being made and came to inspect the job on the same day. gave me many options for the work patch job (the least expensive) and how long i could go before needing a new roof and a price for the new roof i opted for the patch job. it has been 5 months not one leak since the work has been done.
