Returned calls promptly. Showed up on time for appointments. Scheduled the work very promptly. Brought large staff, completed job efficiently and neatly. (Job was roof snow removal)

Project: Install or Replace Sliding Doors
Ed (Oterio Construction)) was prompt, fee competitive and proved himself to be an expert in his profession.. Ed knew what had to be done and he did it well. Equally important, Ed was also very courteous, understanding and fluent in explaining construction problems and solutions in a language that I could grasp. Ed's work for me involved repairing errors that a prior and unknowledgeable contractor had committed. I plan to engage Ed for ongoing renovation work and highly recommend Oterio Construction to anyone who is looking for an honest and highly skilled contractor.

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
We hired Oteri construction to do the framing and roofing for a large residential remodel project. The job went smoothly, the crew was knowledgeable about framing and roofing, and they easily accommodated our last minute tweaks in the plan. We will use them again on other projects.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Ed and his guys did very good quality work. We love our new kitchen. Ed was able to handle problems as they came up and devise clever solutions on the spot. The guys were all friendly and very polite, and generally cleaned up after themselves. And Ed stuck with his original price. The only increase was for an item that I added to the project. The only real drawback was that it took a long time. Ed originally estimated 2 weeks. I doubled that and assumed 4 weeks, but it took 7 weeks from start to finish.
