Good job.

The customer service representative was pleasant and answered all questions promptly. The cleaning staff were a little late, but the job was well done and efficient. They did not waste time and the house looked good.

My carpets were not clean after the service. There were still spots and it smelled like wet dog. I had them redone with another company. Would not recommend or use them again for cleaning anything.

My crew was told that the carpets were done to her satisfaction and were given a tip for their hard work. I told customer that dog urine will bleach carpet and can ruin the padding of the carpet. We did the best we could to very dirty carpets and if I was informed of the problem would have been happy to honor our 24 hour guarantee.

Work was done fast and to what I expected it to be.

Very friendly, courteous and hard workers. Ross was excellent on followup and determined to please. All of his crew went out of their way to smile and to please. I'd recommend them to anyone.

3 people were friendly and organized as to their individual responsibility and experienced. I think several areas could have been detailed a little more thoroughly. Even though I was not sure what to expect, i was satisfied.

Most everything was in its place, which is a big plus for me.

On time, great job, great price. Would use him again.
