WOW! Hector was pleasant, polite + made recommendations. He said "No problem" to all the little side jobs I needed beyond the kitchen-bath Every little detail, customization, "no problem". Put it in writing "no problem" Others weren't interested beyond the main job. HE GAVE THE BEST PRICE + TIME FRAME!!! I had a good feeIing about him but I was afraid he was too good to be true. I'm suspicious + asked for references, "no problem". I visited a previous job, it was great. I could not find a reason not to use him. He was on time, did the jobs (plus odds and ends). I'm very satisfied + have used him several times since. I strongly recommend him.

I had my bathroom remodeled and they did a fantastic job. I changed my mind many times as to what I wanted and with every change Hector was more than accomodating. When I needed a specific item for my bathroom, he researched where to find it for me. He offered suggestions and helped me to make my bathroom great. Even when I changed my mind after they had completed something, they redid it to my specifications. Hector and the other workers are professional and cleaned up each day before they left. If I ever have any other work done again, I will definitely use them. I highly recommomend Nissi.

We hired Nissi Builders to build shelving in five closets to our specidic design. Hector, the owner, was knowledgable, patient, reliable. He always gave us his time and advice on numerous issues. His crew did an excellent job and was very neat. We will definitely use them again.

This contractor do not sell you a cookie cut bathroom, they work with you from the beganing to the end of the job.They have all of the lateness tools and equip. to do their job. THey show up on the date and time you agreed on. They give you a written est. with a layout of your bathroom. They only requested a small down payment to commence the jod, and gives you 30 days to deside if you want to use them. They work with you in picking out the items that you want in your bathroom, and they do not start the job until all of your materials are purchased, because this way there will not be any down time on the job. They proformed an excellent job.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
He gave me a quote much less than the final price of the bathroom renovation. I am still waiting for him to come back after his worker put the wood in the outside porch, it is now warping in the corner and I called him the second week in October and here it is November and he still did not come back to make the repair so I will have to do it myself or call another contractor.

My sinciere thanks to you and your team for the exelent job you did in our home. I had only a vague notion of what I needed but you propoused several alternates which were sucsesfuly implemented. The three men worked hard, took care to protect my furniture and kept busy the entire move. I to hope to use them again. Feell free to release our phone for future recomrndations.
