Work was completed per our agreement. All crew involved were both cordial and professional . Owner was a joy to work with and quickly resolved any unexpected issues. The floor/grout looks great and it included a 10 year warranty. The owner priced the job so that we could afford the work.

We called Nikita back to tell them we had thier check for cleaning the caprpets in the office but they first needed to come back because the carpet did not come out clean. They told us they would call us and come out again to try to get it clean. That was a week ago. I called him again and he said he would try to make it back when he is in the area again. We are still waiting. My boss is very dissatisfied with the work.
