Project: Build a Traditional Wood Carport
Mike did a outstanding job on our new deck. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He showed up when he said he would and the job was competed on schedule. We used the composite material for the decking and we now have the best deck in the neighborhood!!! We've been out on our deck every chance we get. Call Mike for your next project. We will!!!!! Project: Hire a Handyman
Mike was very easy to work with. He was able to do the work right away, it was a small job so he was able to fit in. I had siding blow off the house due to high winds. he did a good job and everything was cleaned up after wards. His price was right on for the work to be done, not like some contractors who just throw out a high number to see if you bite. I would recommend Mike to anyone and I would use his services again. Mike is the contractor of my dreams. Prompt communicator, straight forward, easy going, superior craftsman. He showed up when he says he would and didn't play games on pricing. He worked within my budget and created exactly what I was looking for based off a photo. My background is in customer service and design and Mike should give lessons to tradesman on how to interact with customers. My design background means I am fussy and Mike replicated the vision I had in my head exactly as I had imagined. I will recommend him to everyone I possibly can.

Michael was a true professional who did excellent work on my home. The job was small but Michael did not treat it as such completing the job in a timely manner and with excellent results. I would highly recommend Michael Swain and his work to anyone.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Repair/Rebuild existing deck: FANTASTIC job. Mike is class A guy who did the work as described (plus a little more after we discovered some rotted joists). The project took a little longer than expected but done in plenty of time to enjoy the spring. I'll definitely be using his talents again in the future for my next project.
