Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
David was very courteous over the phone, and gave us the estimate to replace the water heater upfront. There were no hidden charges. He and his coworker arrived early before the appointed time and completed the project to our full satisfaction and in very good time. We spent more time on the phone with another contractor than the time that David took to complete the project. He also took the old boiler away. David and his coworker were very courteous, explained things well, and have a very good and flexible approach to their customers. They really know what is good customer service. I would surely call David again for other plumbing projects.

David was actually early by 15 minutes for the appointment. He is a very knowledgeable plumber with a great personality, I would recommend him to anyone.

Would highly recommend. Dave has helped me with several plumbing needs and I couldn't be happier with his work. He is extremely fair in his pricing and goes out of his way to accommodate. Medlins is the only plumbing company I plan to use in the future.

Mr. Medlin was professional, friendly, and efficient. His price was very reasonable.(I paid more for the same waterheater and installation 8 years ago.) He found a water heater that would fit our home. ( they dont make that size anymore) I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to a friend or family member. Thank You Dave for a great experience!
