Jamie did a pretty good job with the task I had for her. She was to clean up an apartment after I'd moved out of it. I contracted her for four hours total. She arrived on time, and was very friendly and personable to speak with. She stated confidently that the job could be finished in four hours, so I paid for the time and left her to work. Mostly everything was as it should have been. Many of the issues I had were explainable. I wouldn't expect anyone to move a heavy refridgerator to clean under it, for example. They did an excellent job with the windows, but all of them were knocked off the tracks. In trying to repair them, I shattered the largest of them, a very expensive moment. In thier defense, however, the windows were newer and a little complicated, and I didn't think to show her how they operated. The floors were very clean, and they did a wonderful job with the kitchen walls. I was a little disappointed that they did not have a steam cleaner. Something online had led me to believe that they would. None-the-less, they did a pretty good job with the carpeted rooms, considering how beaten the rugs were. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. I had believed that they would have accomplished much more in four hours, and had I known, I'd have paid for an extra hour or two to really finish the job. The apartment was 3-bedroom single story with a large living room, kitchen, and pantry. In four hours, it was made fairly tidy. They managed to clean up a lot of old grime. As previously stated, I only wish I'd paid her for longer, so the job had been finished.

They only came 4 times, every time they came they were late, one time an hour and a half late. The cleaning was not professional, they even brought a strange guy over with them. I was not happy with the service.

Their price was very reasonable. I can be very picky, and there were a few things that were not dusted to my complete satisfaction, but overall I was happy and will use them again.
