	Rating: Project: Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install They have a long way to go on their communication skills.  First, they were late for the estimate, then, the next day they were supposed to be here at 8 a.m.  At 8:40 I called to… Read Complete Rating They have a long way to go on their communication skills.  First, they were late for the estimate, then, the next day they were supposed to be here at 8 a.m.  At 8:40 I called to find out where they were.  The person who answered the phone said the worker had to go to the store to get some supplies but would be here shortly.  At 10 a.m. I finally got a call that the guy would be here at noon.  The worker (who didn't hardly speak any English and was the only one to show up) showed up at 11:30 and got to work.  He worked hard until around 5:30 or 6, but he did not finished (I had been assured that the job would only take one day).  Way more.... Rating: Project: Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install Mr. Alvarez did a great job.  He was very prompt in getting the work done and then went on to do another job for our family.  I highly recommended his company.
