pleasant and curtious through bid and contract negotiations ons. work to start in mid April. once work started went smoothly and efficently. I work in the trade and was extremely pleased the way they communicated and conducted their business. would gladly use again.

Kevin and his crew were on time daily, kept me informed on what was going on. Did small things to help out, like fixing the loose siding on the house and using a ladder to fix security lights.

I was not able to have the metal roof installed however Kevin was very helpful and gave me all the info I need he is very professional and I would call them again and defently recommend them to anyone.

Good work. Timely. Mostly understood project, several things miscommunicated. Communication could have been better. Not sure I got all I paid for, but he said I did. Glad my mason was available for recommendations around chimney. Good cleanup work.

This job was a miscommunication form the beginning. Started out one color and ended up another by the start date. Gave a more expensive color for the same price. The was no problem with the chimney flashing. The mason did not want to remove the stone so we had it cut. Could have done that in the beginning but customer wanteed it removed by the mason. The customer stated the mason would have no problem removing but when ask he wanted nothing to do with it. The only miscommunication was on the porch in the back but ended up just fine. It all turned out wonderful in the end and customer was very happy.

Kevin is a very dependable and businesslike contractor. He communicated with me reliably by e-mail and cell phone. He provided a very complete quotation and started and completed the project on time. The craftsmanship was very good and they were very good about cleaning up after completing the work. I certainly intend to use them for more projects.

We love our new porch roofs, which were installed quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Kevin, who was our business contact, his brother and father were all a great combination of friendly, supportive and professional. I would have them in my home again for future projects.

JKJ was great - within a week, they came out and provided a free detailed estimate and even gave us options between shingle and metal roofing. We decided to go with the metal roofing - and we were not disappointed! Not only did JKJ quote us a fair price, they were able to complete the project quickly. The roof was done quickly and looks absolutely beautiful - it is clear they took the time to ensure the smaller details of the roof, like the flashing around the chimney, were finished well. They also cleaned the worksite very well once they were done. Overall, a great company to work with - Kevin is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!
