Once I was able to talk to someone I was able to set up an appointment and the project was done with excellent quality, I'm pretty happy with the results. Bob is a true professional and knows what he's doing. The only negative feedback: It took a week to set up an appointment, somehow the Servicemagic project request was not received by Innocative Glass Works!! I followed up and left a voice mail but no one returned my call. Finally I was able to talk to the owner and we were able to set up an appointment.

Henry was very professional and arrived on time. he gave me the best quote. The tech was a little late, but he too was very professional and apoligized several times for his tardiness. He did a very nice job and the best part, I didn't have one piece of glass to clean up!
