iKenInspect did an amazing thorough inspection on a home inside (and outside) for me. He explain each major issue of the home and what caused the issues. He took his time to point out each area of the home and what needed to be repaired or be removed. I needed a highly-skilled professional to inspect this home before I purchase it and he delivered a full well-written report of the home. He went beyond the scope of duty and I really appreciate it. He totally put "himself" in my shoes (as a buyer), and gave me his honest opinion. He tells you things that you don't want to hear BUT you need to KNOW. Awesome work!
