Got the work done but paid more then I thought would and not sure it was done right. Might have more problems because of the way it was fixed. He removed a part that I thought needed to be there but I guess he's the pro so Ill wait and see.

we at hometown always quote a price before a job begins as was done here.all work is performed to conform with local-village ordinances.were sorry if the 110 dollars you were charged affected your rentals bottom line.thank you for acknowledging that we are A Professional company.after 20 yrs in business.

Hometown Heating & Air was exceptionally quick, courteous, and professional in installing a new furnace. Our furnace went out on a Friday and Hank came out the very next day, a Saturday, and installed the new furnace. He made sure everything was in great working order and we did not have to go without heat over a cold weekend. Very fair prices and quality work. Thank you Hank.

My furnace went out on a COLD Saturday Morning. Hank was there within the hour and got it running. My furnace works great since he completed the repair and it's even quieter than it has been in years! Would definitely recommend this company.

Hometown was very prompt to respond to our initial call for service. They were punctual on the 1st inspection and provided an overall assesment of the problem and complete job quote. Once we agreed for the work to be done, they arrived at our home on time, informed us that the job would run approx. 3Hrs. and completed the work in just shy of 3 Hrs. Excellent workmanship and total satisfaction. We gave them 2 referals and will continue will continue using Hometown on our rental units.
