He was very responsive and professional. My only complaint had to do with the pressure washing procedure. Water came through the crack under our front door, resulting in damp wood floors on the inside. Our screen door was damaged as well. Plus I was a bit disappointed that the old paint chips were left about the lawn which I had to clean up later. I've yet to see how the Semco product will wear under our Pacific Northwest weather, rain, cold, expansion and contraction.
