On time.....for first appointment...to find the problem......problem has been somewhat found.....must wait to get work completed ( not plumbers fault).....worked with my clients very well...I am a real estate broker ..for 16 years.....

Ken arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. His fix was cheaper and simpler than what others said what needed to be done. My only issue was he seemed less interested in my smaller plumbing problems, which were on my original service request. I'd recommend using Hollanders for any LARGE plumbing issue you may have.

Despite a snowstorm earlier in the day, the plumber arrived at our home at the scheduled time and immediately got to work. He was personable and, from what we can tell, did very thorough work. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but it seems that's the case for most home repairs these days. I would definitely recommend this plumber and will call him again should the need arise.

They had to reschedule the appointment after leaving me waiting for 1/2 an hour which was an intial dissapointment. At the next appointment Ken was friendly, explained the problem and fixed it quickly. He also gave me a discount for the initial inconvienience. All said and done I was pleased.
