I thought Greg Tanner was very professional and very knowledgeable. However he is lacking in communication and responsiveness. After I had him come out to evaluate and give estimates at a house I was considering buying, a visit I paid him for, I have been waiting over a month for an email or phone call even with the estimated costs. He promised me the estimate within 48 hours, and when I left a message asking for them, he did call back to say he would send them by the next weekend, but as I said it has been over a month, and despite my many phone calls and even email through his website, I have heard and received nothing.

Overall, they were great. The service they provided was as expected and they were professional, friendly, and informative. I did not give then a 5-star rating because I believe their prices are too high, but they are a full service shop and I needed both plumbing and electrical work done.

Quick response to my inquiry. I needed to replace my boiler and hot water heater. Once contracted the job was finished within two weeks. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very concerned about satisfying the customer's needs. Greg was there throughout the installation process. He was great. I will continue to have them service my heating equipment each year. This was a great find.

Greg and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish on the installation of my new furnace and a/c unit. They were totally professional, the work was performed on time and to my specifications. I would recommend FS Plumbing and Heating and plan to use them for all my plumbing and heating jobs.
