There were water rings on the counter from that morning, the shower still had hair and red grout and the toilets still had the red rings.  They folded the TP to make it look nice, but that didn't impress me. For what we paid, I expected the little things to be done. She said on the phone they would wash towels and rugs as needed, and that was definitely not done.
