Work performed was adequate. However, the tech damaged the paint on my door and did not fix. In addition, the cost to install 2 new locks was outrageous. Very expensive - do your due diligence. Be sure to get multiple bids so you don't get fleeced.

they should have told me the additional "labor charge" for each lock which they did NOT disclose when I called them! they should be more upfront about the TOTAL amount it is going to cost a consumer

Yes they fixed the lock okay but they charged me to much, took about 5 or 10 minutes and charged me $139 for a stupid patio lock door

The lock replacement went very smoothly. Steve was very careful to make sure that the door closed properly and the new lock worked well. The only concern I had was that the dispatcher told me one person was coming out to the house, then someone else showed up. When you are allowing someone into your home, you like to feel confident it is the company you hired.

This is an outstanding company to work with. They kept me informed of the locksmith's schedule and that he was running late. Eddie was very courteous and did the job professionally and quickly. The phone quote was accurate, there were no surprises nor disappointments. I needed to have my car re-keyed as a result of theft and Fidelity saved me almost a $1000 from what the other quotes I was given. Would not hesitate to use Fidlelity again or refer them to others.

Very responsive, the person they sent to me is rejoining the US Army. If their other personnel are equally as good, then I will recommend them for the job. I had all my lock issues resolved. Thank you.
