City: Hermosa Beach Project: Locksmith I had an appointment for 2:00.  At 2:15 I called to inquire if someone was coming.  I was told he was running late and the serviceman would call me when he was close.  He… Read Complete Rating I had an appointment for 2:00.  At 2:15 I called to inquire if someone was coming.  I was told he was running late and the serviceman would call me when he was close.  He called me at 2:40.  At 3:30, he still wasn't there so I called again.  He said he was 2 miles away.  He arrived 10 minutes later.  While I went to locate the lock key (5 minutes max), he fixed my desk.  He then presented me with a bill for $120!!!!  I waited 1.5 hours and it took him 5 minutes and he wanted $120!!!  I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!
