City: Chicago Project: Professional Moving Service - Piano The movers were fine.  The fact that my personal check was accepted via mail for a deposit and you sent movers with a charge slip to record my creedit card info was unacceptable.  I… Read Complete Rating The movers were fine.  The fact that my personal check was accepted via mail for a deposit and you sent movers with a charge slip to record my creedit card info was unacceptable.  I called the office to express my concern and was told that is the policy and if I read the confirmation letter I would have known that.  Finally, I called the customer service office to complain and have not received a callback.  Finally, I think that your office should simply tell someone aty that time of the move a cashier check should be submitted at the time the movers come.  No one said that so I dismissed the movers and did not use them.  Certainly, I refuse to complromise my concerns regarding ID theft and fraudulent credit card use over $100.
