Kathi was extremely friendly and professional and they arrived when they said they would. The only complaint I had was that there were some spots left that were not there before they came to clean. However, they came out as soon as I was available and fix the problem. So far, they are a lot cleaner than when I have tried to clean them on my own in the past. DTS is very big on customer service and that means a lot these days!

They were prompt, uniformed with a labeled truck and the tech was very nice. He made sure I approved of the work as it went and left me cleaning solution. I was happy with the work and the professionalism of the employee who showed up.

They were very attentive and prompt. Also very honest & forthright, and told us (after confirming, by some spot testing) that our upholstery stains would probably return quickly after cleaning; therefore, they recommended that we not spend the money to have the stains removed. So, two workers came to our house and ended up not charging us a single dollar. A customer-centered attitude like this is hard to find these days, and I would highly recommend this company.

I have to say in good conscience I could not give a fare rating because my carpet may be beyond help. When they did the job I was out of town and my daughter was here. She called me to tell me that they had left black streaks the whole way through the living room and hall. By the time I returned home the old stains had reappeared. But to be fair, when I called them I did tell them "No one has been able to remove the stains and the carpet is very heavily soiled." This is due to 14 grandchildren that stay with me when ever they are sick . So you see, I can't say if it's even possible to clean

Fast and efficient! I was late coming home from work to meet them and they were still there ready and waiting for me. They worked with my schedule so I could get my carpets done. Means a lot to me since I have a crazy schedule!!
