The customer service was fantastic from the first contact when I was still shopping for a moving company to the final minute of the job. On moving day the men arrived in the middle of the arrival window provided and called when they were 10 minutes away to give us an additional heads up. They worked hard, were careful with our stuff, were friendly and professional throughout the move. My only frustration was regarding wardrobe boxex: we were told we'd only need 3-4 and the men only had 5 on moving day. We could have used a 6th or 7th and as a result we had to go back to get these on our own the next day. I just wish they'd had more available.

DN Van Lines did a fantastic job with moving. We were impressed with how quickly they completed our move. We are truly happy that we hired them, and are grateful we didn't attempt to move ourselves. Worth the price. Speaking of price, it was a good value as compared with other movers.

DN Van Lines did a great job with my move. They were careful with everything, and very professional about the whole move. I would use them again in a second. The group of three guys worked well together, and were very nice to do business with.

Company was expensive and lost paperwork . Then tried to charge me additional funds on my creditcard with out approval from me. Very sloppy putting items in new space

Dear Jeremy, I took a look into your file and saw that we moved you from one storage facility to another on November 4th. In your file's notes it said that you were not able to be present for the entire move and could not sign for final payment and therefore asked us to charge your credit card once the service was completed. It also said that we drove out the keys to the storage facility after the job was completed as an additional courtesy. Although we are surprised that you didn't have a good experience, we will use your comments to try and continually improve. Thanks for your business.

DN Van Line did a great job with my small apartment move. The movers were friendly and more than willing to do the odd moving activities that we requested. I would recommend them. In addition, they were reasonably priced.

Showed up on time. Worked very effectively. Priced per hour and finished 2 hrs before predicted moving time to stop. accommodated change in move day. very nice people to deal with from start to finish.
