I would love to rate this painting service much better, but unfortunately I cannot. At first, the job started out okay. They were working fast and getting through it in good time. However, after the painting was finished and they were paid, I noticed a few discrepancies that I did not notice upon inspection. Some of my doors that were painted were masked off, but after the tape removed, revealed huge lines around the doors themselves. Essentially, they were painted very badly. they also had missed an entire cabinet. In my current medical condition, it is difficult for me to see that particular cabinet, due to its position. Regardless, I sent three separate messages to De Witt Painting to come back and fix the mistakes; they did not respond.

First of all this person changed the scope of work at least four times. He is very ill and couldnt remember what he actually asked us to do. I tryed to reach him numerous times and couldn't contact him.

Very nice experience. They finish my project in time, and everything was fine even they went the extra mile fixing my door for free which was not in the contract I will hire their them again.
