We started w/ Decks Unlimited over SIX months ago.  The work is STILL UNFINISHED.  The deck is already TEARING APART & SAGGING. Decks Unlimited didn't get the necessary permits,& as expected with this type of company, the WORK IS UNSAFE, UNFINISHED & HAS TO BE REDONE. The safey of our toddlers was our #1 concern and we spent the summer protecting them from falling from the second story deck that is unfinished & from getting into the garbage & broken glass they left behind before ABANDONING THE JOB THEY HAD BEEN PAID-IN-FULL to do. They have not responded to requests for completion & have been ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL.  NOT WORTH ANY SAVINGS!

They were to replace 20yr old wood decking with composite decking and rails.  The crew was awesome and completed the work in a timely manner.  Pleasant and really workers.  They did a great job and I love my new deck.  Good job guys.  Great company to hire if you have a project.
