I was in a hurry because my previous contractor cancelled on me and I wanted the work done that day due to having guests the next day. He came out to look over the job and was back within the hour to complete the job even though he hadn't planned on working that day. I really appreciate his willingness to work on my time schedule. He did a wonderful job and even went the extra step on asking if I wanted another section painted to match because he felt it would look better. It did. I will use The Trier Corporation again in a heartbeat.

David was great! He was very professional and sympathetic to todays economy. He gave me a resonable rate that i felt comfortable with. The other guys that gave me bids i felt that they were trying to take advatage of me. Like they saw i had a nice house and that i would pay an outragous price. I feel David bid the job on the work and not my bank account, and did the highest quality job!!!

Once we was able to agree on a date when to get the work completed he came over and finished not only what he agree on, but other projects as well the same day. He was professional, neat, helpful, and explained his work and answered any and all questions.

We weren't able to get things done very quickly because of the weather, but they did a great job on the siding repair. If you didn't know it was broken, you wouldn't have any idea it is a new piece. Thank you for the referral!

Dave proved to be flexible and dependable despite our having to work around ongoing issues with weather on our projects. We used his services in addressing a very wide array of 'deferred' maintenance issues on our home in Spring of 2008 and could not be happier with the quality of work. His bids were highly competitive and for the first time ever when it comes to home repair assistance, someone actually exceeded our expectations in terms of the finished product...and it was Dave Young. We will hire him again without hesitation! PLEASE NOTE: What really stood about Dave was QAULITY, VALUE and COURTESY...would give him six stars there!
