David was really wonderful to work with. He gave us a really affordable quote and was extremely professional and timely in providing us with his service. The final product took 2 and half days - we got it permitted and the finished work was great. I would highly highly recommend him and will use him again if I ever need to in the future.

Columbia Contractors did a great job on my house addition. I give high marks for quality and value. Though this was a large job, they were flexible and easy to communicate with. They worked with my needs/wishes and have helped me build the home that I was dreaming about...really! I will continue to use Columbia Contractors in the future for my construction needs, I would not hesitate to recommend their expertise on any project large or small.

This project involved taking the entire roof off and adding a second floor and adding out the back of the home. Rooms added were laundry, master bedroom/bath suite, and a second bedroom.

Unfortunately this review was done by the general contractor on the job. He was fired and took his frustration out on our company. The owner is very pleased with the work. All of the comments are not true but quite the opposite. This was not a bath remodel as it was first presented to me but rather replacing a poorly installed floor in a high traffic area at Staff Jennings Marina.

Excellent work, personable, quick response and quick work. Completed 1500 square feet in a week smooth finish within a week of quote. Only complaint would be didn't contain dust from final sanding well so we had to clean the house afterwards, but minor compared to the positives of the experiene.

Great guy, very good results and pleasant to work with. He finished close to the estimated time even though we added more work, but wasn´t great about arriving at the house when he said he would. Kept within budget and estimate. Good at returning calls and answering questions. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again!

Dave had issues with juggling me and other clients, but he compensated for the time lapse appropriately by reducing the balance due. He and his crew are excellent craftsmen. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly to anybody.
