Excellent results, excellent customer relations and service - they had to move stuff to get to their project, no complaining or hesitation. Painted the replaced drywall and did some extras that were not known until they examined the areas. Very pleased.

C&M remodeling were totally professional. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest of the estimates received. After contacting them about starting the project, we agreed on a start date and they were there as agreed on. They completed the job quickly and you would never have known that any work had been done except that the new drywall looked great. I would recomend them to anybody looking for a great contractor and great people.

His work has been pretty good, and he definitely is doing it for a good price. Although nice to work with, it can be frustrating trying to get him to come to your house. Getting a hold of him is difficult as he has no email or cell phone. When I do call his land line, there's only a 50-50 chance of talking to him. Also, he doesn't committ to things that are too far out. If I want to schedule him for next week, I need to call him again on Sunday to see what his schedule is like even though he tells me it's wide open. If you're willing to be flexible about when he shows up and when you talk to him, I'd say go with Frank.

C & M Remodeling did a very good job painting both bathroom ceilings. I'm very happy with the results and it took them about three hours.

Project: Repair Drywall
Frank did a great job repairing my drywall. He came out the day I called and gave me a free estimate(his was the lowest of the three I got from ServiceMagic by far.) He was able to work around my weird schedule and completed the repair quickly. It looks great. They say it's hard to match texture on drywall, but he managed it for me. Once I paint it it will be hard to even tell where the hole was. Frank really knows what he's doing. I would choose him again and recommend him to anyone who asks.

Quality of the work was excellent. Scheduling was a little difficult; it took a bit to get our mutual calendars to line up, so the project lingered a while. But once arranged, everything was great.
